Introduction

This week is an introduction to linear regression. The primary goal of this week is to introduce the model and get familiar with the basic interpretation of parameters.

• Define a residual or error from a regression model.
• Explore benefits of centering predictor attributes.
• Engage with linear regression parameter estimation.
