Introduction

This week is an introduction to linear regression. The primary goal of this week is to introduce the model and get familiar with the basic interpretation of parameters.

• Recognize a linear regression formula
• Interpret regression parameters
• Specify a linear regression in statistical software

• Optional, Read 7.1 and 7.2 of Introduction to Modern Statistics
